As you consider the value of the service, keep the following in mind:
- How much time do you spend each week making grocery lists, grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning the kitchen?
- How much time do you spend picking up last minute dinners or eating out?
- What else can you be doing with that extra time and energy?
- How much money is wasted on food that is thrown away because you were too tired or too busy to prepare it?
- Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or occasionally.
- The number of servings can also be adjusted from 2-6 servings of each entree.
- Side dishes whether you want them or not .. It’s all up to you.

Cooking Classes: $75 dollars per person and includes groceries.
Weight Management: And dietary assistance starts at $50 per hour.
One Pot Wonders: Either crock-pot or casserole’s which start at $75 depending on number and type of casserole. Pricing on 1 pot’s includes groceries.
